Job Description
- Refer to the sales department or the customer in case there is a need to collect some data and information.
- Studying the Specs BOQ, Legends Vendor List, determining the possibility of accepting or rejecting the project, and determining the reasons for rejection with the systems manager.
- Ensuring access to the best components in terms of price and finding alternatives that perform the same functions according to the required specs.
- Preliminary project / tender design work, calculation and cost analysis to submit the technical and financial offer to the department manager for review and approval.
- Communicate with clients and ensure that project requirements are tailored to their recommendations.
-Review with the design department and ensure that the final design is compatible with the financial offer.
-Ensure that offers are ready within the specified time period.
-Submitting project reports upon request.
-Answer all customer questions and discuss technical details of the project if necessary.
- Being present with the executive department in the final delivery and on-site testing when needed.
Job Requirements
- Experience is 1: 3 years
- Both males and females can apply.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external clients.
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Knowledge in the use of AutoCAD.
- Excellent command of English Language
