Job Description
- Outbound Calls for customers to attract new customers and explain the system to them.
Taking Appointment to - Appointments every day.
- Data Collection sheet check Record Per Day.
- Quality calls check (After visit).
- Update reports with a minimum 90% accuracy.
- Prepare a weekly, and monthly reports to the sales manager when needed.
- Any other duties requested from the direct manager.
- Receive and validate sales team requests according to the company's standards.
- Preparing proposals, presentations, and agreements.
- Ensure that data is compiled and saved according to pre-set standards and to be fully responsible for the integrity of the information stored.
- Retain good working relations with existing customers/partners
- Understand and utilize all resources available to accomplish assigned tasks.
- Prepare all incoming mails and faxes for processing.
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Job Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of sales coordinator and administration exp. is mandatory.
- Female Only.
- Has extensively worked on B2B.
- Experience with Software Company is preferred.
- Internet savvy and experience with Word and Excel, familiarity with a CRM system.
- Ability to understand clients and team requirements.
- Organized.
- Positive attitude and demonstrated ability to deal with rejection.
- Self-motivated to work with a team.
