Job Description
- Research and identify new sales opportunities.
- Generate new sales leads and develop the process of accounts identification and classification.
- Reaching out to the new accounts and use presentations outlining corporate deals benefits to potential clients, companies, and employees.
- Defining the key person responsible for corporate deals and set a follow up system and after sale evaluation formulas and KPIs for the current accounts.
- Maintain and grow COLORS Beauty relationships with current and potential accounts and provide continuous support.
- Manage corporate events and lead the events sales team to generate the maximum results of the current accounts.
- Organize regular client meetings to discover their requirements.
- Resolve all corporate accounts’ problems and handle complaints.
- Follow up with the operations team on the event stock transferring in and out.
- Monitor and report sales performance analysis.
- Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience during the event.
Job Requirements
- University Graduate from a reputable university.
- Previous Experience in the sales field for 2+ years with a wide network and connections.
- Excellent communication and Negotiation skills.
- Has the ability to deal with multiple corporate clients and Passionate about sales.
- Presentable with Excellent command of English language.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the desire to deliver results
