Job Description
We are Looking for very talented Business Development Specialist (Female) to expand our business and improve our brand initiatives.
- Building long-term relationships with new and existing stakeholders (i.e. consultants, developers...)
- Contacting external stakeholders to establish rapport and set up meetings.
- Preparing presentations for the company and its products.
- Performing frequent visits to stakeholders (Inside and outside Egypt) to create and maintain the relationship.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Contacting stakeholders to inform them about new developments in the company’s products or organization.
- Working with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
- Writing reports and providing management with feedback.
- Create and manage customer database.
- Perform market studies for new and existing markets.
- Planning and overseeing new market initiatives.
- Researching the needs of stakeholders and learning who makes decisions about purchasing.
Job Requirements
- Females Only.
- Age no more 35 years old.
- University Degree is a must, Preferable in Science, Chemistry, Applied Art, Engineering, Business Administration.
- 1-4 years of Experience in Sales, Preferable in (Coatings, Painting or Industrial B2B business)
- Residence near to Obour City is a plus.
- Diploma or post studies in Sales or marketing is a plus.
- Experience in using CRM applications and ERP is a plus.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and writing in Arabic and English.
- Strong user of MS office and Outlook.
- Strong Negations and Selling skills.
- Proven pervious experience in advertising and promotion, campaigns management is a huge add.
