Job Description
- Assists of contact among Ceo’s, employees, clients and other external partners
- Record minutes during meetings “ minutes of meetings “
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Follow up all Tasks with all Department internal
- Maintain the executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, manage diary and schedule meetings etc
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
- Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines
- Handling incoming/outgoing mail and Updating all related contacts’ list
Job Requirements
- Professional in PowerPoint is a must
- Professional MS Office knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
