Job Description

  • Assists of contact among Ceo’s, employees, clients and other external partners
  • Record minutes during meetings “ minutes of meetings “
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Follow up all Tasks with all Department internal
  • Maintain the executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, manage diary and schedule meetings etc
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
  • Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines
  • Handling incoming/outgoing mail and  Updating all related contacts’ list

Job Requirements

  • Professional in PowerPoint is a must
  • Professional MS Office knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • High research skills
  • Advanced Report preparation skills
