Business Development Manager ( Engineering )

• Proactively identifies prospects, building and maintaining a pipeline to grow partnerships.
• Develop and update databases of donors including individual, corporate, and agencies with contacts and focus/preferences.
• Support in driving a relationship management program to support partners and Government agencies.
• Works within a retention and acquisition plan building new relationships through a series of personal visits, meetings, events and follow-up practices.
• Prepare needed materials related to business development activities including MOUs, proposals, profile, videos, presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to grow channels according to company strategy.
• Continually improve the company’s partnership practice, grow its portfolio of partners, create go-to-market plans, drive expansion opportunities, and manage and grow the partnership.
• Assist in developing partner networks and strategic partnerships in the Egypt and overseas.
• Assist in developing and implementing a partnership strategy
• Coordinate the management of ongoing relationships with existing partners and where relevant, leverage those relationships to greater collective impact and incremental value.
