Job Description

  • Assist in ensuring strategic brand communications (including advertising, promotion and media plans). Follow up on Brand investments including ad production, brand development and research.
  • Working on opening new channels of sale.
  • Specifying market requirements for current and future penetration by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
  • Assist in understanding the changing consumer, market and competition dynamics and together with the Brand Manager and Marketing Manager translating these insights into winning brand plans and tactics.
  • Setting a plan for merchandisers and salesman to train them according to company’s level in market.
  • Setting evaluation form to evaluate their performance in market.
  • Creating short listing of suppliers per each project and choosing executor and setting deadlines and monitoring the execution and delivery.
  • Monitoring the preparation of location and required materials during events or fairs.
  • Listing event requirements from other departments (Logistics, Finance, IT, etc…), communicating efficiently with each concerned department and setting deadlines and contact person.
  • Monitoring the execution of events (people, location, setup, etc…), evaluating and reporting the performance of the overall event.
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the agreed activities, follow and evaluate the market execution, refine the execution plan (if needed) and analyze the results.
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly and annually Sales & Marketing analytical reports.
  • Ensure expenditures are in line with the budget and submitted claims are legitimate and in accordance with the defined policies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration with Minimum 7 years related experience.
  • Excellent project management skills to manage own project and tasks
  • High supervisory and leadership skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and analytical skills with experience of analyzing & interpreting complex data & customer requirements are essential to this role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, Effective Negotiation Skills
