Job Description
- Supervising the day-to-day operations and tasks that take place within the company's accounting department.
- Analyzing accounting data and preparing financial reports and FINANCIAL STATEMENTS.
- Organize and prepare annual inventories.
- Implementing and applying accounting methods, principles and policies.
- Developing and implementing new accounting systems to collect and analyze information and write reports on it.
- Close accounts monthly / quarterly / annually.
- Preparing activity cost reports.
- Recording cost information for use in controlling expenditures
- Analyzing audits of costs and preparing reports
- Making estimates of new and proposed product costs
- Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services.
- Maintaining Cost Accounting System
- Assisting in Month end close of the General Ledger
- Conducts physical inventories and monitors cycle count program Reconciles finished goods inventories
Job Requirements
- Experience in FMCG/Food Beverage Field is a Must
- Must have 3-5 years’ experience of working in Food & Beverage or hospitality.
- Excellent computer skills & command of Microsoft office.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- Excellent at Microsoft office
