Job Description

Objective:

Office managers coordinate and oversee administrative duties in an office, and ensure that the office operates efficiently and smoothly. Their responsibilities generally include duties like greeting visitors, managing office supplies, overseeing other administrative staff, owning budgets, and supporting staff with administrative tasks like scheduling meetings.

Accountabilities

  • Typing letters, memorandum, faxes, reports, etc.
  • Drafting replies for routine correspondence.
  • Distributing incoming mail, dispatching outgoing mail.
  • Responding to general queries.
  • Scheduling appointments.
  • Arranging business travel and related accommodation.
  • Reminding executives of appointments and deadlines.
  • Cooperating with other staff as necessary.
  • Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports
  • Maintaining stationery and office supplies.
  • Maintaining all office service equipment (computers, printers, telephones, photocopiers and fax machines, etc.) for smooth uninterrupted office operations. Keeping the general office area neat and tidy.

Job Requirements

Qualifications 

  • Minimum requirements of B.SC. from a recognized educational institute – Preferable English section
  • Secretarial Studies
  • The language school is a must

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field or similar to the one that she will handle.

Competencies

  • Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Hard worker.
  • Team work-oriented.
  • Representative.
  • Must be a handy person.
  • Excellent Communications Skills.
