Job Description
- Introduce clients to brand portfolio, while guiding them on a tour TO the available product offerings
- Assess a client's budgetary constrains through indirect questioning
- Present offerings and alternatives to client according to specified description or presumed budget
- Maintain a positive sales experience for the client throughout the entire duration of the sale
- Construct quotations and sales presentations based on items requested by client
- Follow up with clients in a mindful manor
- Finally conclude sale with client,
- Respond to and follow up sales inquiries by mail and telephone
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers
- Capable of explaining all information and technical specifications of all product lines from all brands
Job Requirements
- Computer science Bachelor/Engineering required or computers previous experience from 3 to 5 years as a sale in the IT field (Well Known of IT Products and solutions).
- Hands on experience in sales with ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
- Familiar with communication & presentation skills.
- Prepare all kind of sales reports needed (weekly/Monthly/quarterly reports).
- Essential sales skills.
- An ability to deliver projects proposal and answer inquiries on time.
- Proficiency in MS office.
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
- Presentable with smart dress code 4 days a week and one day semi casual.
