Job Description
- Answer phone calls, faxes and emails, transfer the calls if needed
- Meet and help office visitors
- Manage and arrange periodical meeting agenda and report the appointments schedule
- Handle the correspondence, memos and forms
- Design and maintain a filing system for contact information
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
- Administrate office supplies and place appropriate orders
- Organizing corporate events and (internal | external) meetings
- Other duties as assigned

- Bachelor's degree is a must
- Minimum experience of 4 years in same position
- Good command in using MS Office applications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, customer service and problem solving
