Job Description

  • Answer phone calls, faxes and emails, transfer the calls if needed
  • Meet and help office visitors 
  • Manage and arrange periodical meeting agenda and report the appointments schedule
  • Handle the correspondence, memos and forms
  • Design and maintain a filing system for contact information
  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
  • Administrate office supplies and place appropriate orders
  • Organizing corporate events and (internal | external) meetings
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Females only
  • Bachelor's degree is a must
  • Minimum experience of 4 years in same position 
  • Good command in using MS Office applications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, customer service and problem solving
  • Multitask and reporting skills
