Job Description

  • The Growth Marketing Manager, will manage the company’s customer acquisition funnel & marketing automation across Egypt & KSA. 
  • He/she will manage and support activities across all stages of the customer experience: customer acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Working cross-functionally with the marketing communications, design, content, and digital teams, you will design and implement data-driven growth initiatives while periodically reporting to the Group Marketing Director. 
  • He/she will monitor and manage all the social media and web analytics to develop insightful reports for teams and superiors.

Responsibilities 

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of growth marketing campaigns, with a focus on paid advertising (social media & Search Engines), content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Measuring the impact of marketing activities using analytics tools such as Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, or HubSpot to track leads generated from campaigns
  • Conducting research to determine the effectiveness of marketing strategies, including A/B testing of landing pages, designing surveys to measure customer satisfaction, and analysing website traffic statistics
  • Stay on top of the latest trends and emergent issues in our industry (business model changes, new tools, products, and features)
  • Ensure the company blog, social media accounts, and website are continuously updated and optimized to provide a great user experience.
  • Analyse the performance of campaigns on a daily/weekly basis and use this data to evolve and improve results constantly.
  • Report and present on KPIs related to campaign performance and business impact (e.g., revenue, ROI, customer LTV, CAC, etc.)

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • At least six years of experience in a marketing leadership role, and preferably Gulf experience
  • Proven track record of successful growth campaigns
  • Expertise with SEO and analytical tools for marketers, such as Google Analytics, Google Trends, and SEMrush
  • Expertise with social media paid ads such as Facebook, Instagram…etc.
  • The ideal candidate for this role is an expert in digital marketing with extensive experience in digital media buying and automation.
  • The candidate must be analytical and knowledgeable in various analytic tools, including Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and CRM systems.
