Facilitate the formulation and articulation of strategic initiatives, projects and programs and their business cases in support of achieving strategic objectives and KPTs.
Support project definition, scoping, benefit mapping and baselining, and prioritization in collaboration with stakeholders
Facilitate the development of project plans including KPIs, KPTs, budgets, time plans and deliverables
Develop frameworks, tools and standards for Program and Project Management
Manage the identification, planning and coordination of related initiatives within programs to manage their interdependencies
Support the development and review of initiatives business cases to ensure relevance, identify synergies with existing or upcoming initiatives, and avoid duplication of efforts
Report on strategic initiatives, projects and program progress, across company and subsidiaries
Review quality, performance reports and perform Quality Assurance on specific initiatives deliverables/outputs
Carry out risk and issue management process including, identification, escalation, mitigation planning, and monitoring of corrective actions
Manage and monitor change requests and ensure that they adhere to the approved policies
Develop and update stakeholder engagement and communications plans
Create and communicate visually compelling reports and consolidate or detail information according to the target audience
Manage project managers training, and performs on-going coaching.
