Job Description

  • Ordering, receiving, and checking all supplies and equipment, properly, Verify that supplies received are listed on requisitions and invoices.
  • Maintains historical records by filing documents.
  • Arranging, storing, and maintaining the inventory level of all supplies.
  • Rotating supplies and checking all store materials for expiration dates.
  • Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
  • Compile the records of the supplies and check the supplies from time to time.
  • Maintain the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner.
  • Receive materials so distribute it to all stores at sites.
  • Coordinate between all stores at sites.
  • Collecting and returning all cancelled and damaged items back to vendors.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree at least.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in constructions fieled.
  • Profissional user for microsoft office applications.
  • Good Knowledge of MS Office.
  • Very organised,
