Job Description
- Ordering, receiving, and checking all supplies and equipment, properly, Verify that supplies received are listed on requisitions and invoices.
- Maintains historical records by filing documents.
- Arranging, storing, and maintaining the inventory level of all supplies.
- Rotating supplies and checking all store materials for expiration dates.
- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
- Compile the records of the supplies and check the supplies from time to time.
- Maintain the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner.
- Receive materials so distribute it to all stores at sites.
- Coordinate between all stores at sites.
- Collecting and returning all cancelled and damaged items back to vendors.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree at least.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in constructions fieled.
- Profissional user for microsoft office applications.
- Good Knowledge of MS Office.
- Very organised,
