Job Description
- Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics (labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance etc.)
- Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
- Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.), creating relations of trust
- Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advise on possible legal issues
- Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights
- Liaising with government agencies, police departments, issuing licenses and permits , and other authorities on legal matters
- • Collaborating with other departments within the company, such as HR, Finance, and Operations, to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation
- Knowledgable of import and export laws and regulations
- Knowledgable of Real Estate laws and regulations
- Proficiency in dealing with government agencies
- Undergo ongoing training to stay updated about changes and new developments in the legal field
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Legal Counsel
- Sound judgement and ability to analyse situations and information
- Outstanding communication skills
- BSc degree in Law or J.D. degree
- Good Computer skills
- Doesn't have a private business (Law office)
- Have Lawyer Licensing
- Experience in corporate affairs
