Job Description
- Patriciate in design projects plans, translating plans into clear milestones and activities
- Patriciate in executing projects activities and developing deliverables
- Participate in selected external meetings with clients and consultants
- Monitor Consultants’ tasks and coordinate activities throughout the projects lifecycle
- Track and monitor projects activities and maintain deadlines
- Track Clients’ complains, projects plans deviation, and update progress reports
- Identify and control projects risks through analyze data and identifies inefficiencies and provide recommendations to management
- Build positive relationships with clients, and Consultants
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business
- At least 7 years of experience in Human Resources Operations
- Experience in Managing Human Resources development projects is a plus
- Computer Skills: Workable knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (MS Word – MS Excel – MS Power Point and Visio)
- Excellent Command of English Language Skills: Good knowledge of business writing in English
- Excellent Command of Arabic Language Skills: Good knowledge of business writing in Arabic
