Job Description
Microwize’s RCM Department is rapidly growing
We are looking to add more talents to our rapidly growing team.
Job Duties:
- Obtaining referrals and pre-authorizations as required for procedures.
- Checking eligibility and benefits verification for treatments, hospitalizations, and procedures.
- Reviewing patient bills for accuracy and completeness and obtaining any missing information.
- Preparing, reviewing, and transmitting claims using different billing software, including electronic and paper claim processing.
- Following up on unpaid claims within standard billing cycle timeframe.
- Calling insurance companies regarding any discrepancy in payments if necessary
- Identifying and billing secondary or tertiary insurances.
- Reviewing accounts for insurance of patient follow-up.
- Researching and appealing denied claims.
- Answering all patient or insurance telephone inquiries pertaining to assigned accounts.
- Setting up patient payment plans and work collection accounts.
- Preparing and sending patients statements.
- Updating cash spreadsheets and running collection reports.
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday 03:00 PM to 11:00 PM or 06:00 PM to 02:00 AM (Egypt Local Time).
Job Requirements
- English fluency is a MUST
- USA Healthcare experience is a plus
- RCM Experience is a plus
- Experience in a call center environment a plus.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- The ability to multitask (Speaking to a patient while moving through various systems with ease)
- Excellent communication skills
- Good researcher
- Medical Experience is a plus
