Job Description

1. E-commerce Strategy:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with overall

business goals.

- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform

strategic decisions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align e-commerce strategies with product

offerings and marketing efforts.

2. Website and Mobile App Management:

- Oversee the functionality, user experience, and performance of the e-commerce

website and mobile app.

- Collaborate with the IT and development teams to ensure seamless navigation and a

user-friendly interface.

- Implement A/B testing to optimize the user journey and increase conversion rates.

3. Product Management:

- Coordinate with the supply chain and product teams to ensure accurate and

up-to-date product listings.

- Optimize product pages for search engine visibility and conversion.

- Implement merchandising strategies to showcase featured products and

promotions.

4. Digital Marketing Integration:

- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align e-commerce initiatives with

broader marketing campaigns.

- Implement and optimize online advertising campaigns to drive traffic and sales.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of

digital marketing efforts.

5. Customer Experience and Engagement:

- Enhance the overall customer experience by implementing user-friendly features and

personalized content.

- Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and inquiries to improve the online shopping

experience.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Proven experience in e-commerce management and strategy development.

- Strong understanding of online consumer behavior and digital marketing trends.

- Proficient in using e-commerce platforms and content management systems.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with popular e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento,

WooCommerce).

- Knowledge of SEO best practices for e-commerce.

- Familiarity with online payment gateways and security measures.

- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
