Job Description
General Purpose of Position
- Provide a high performance of SAP modules to support the business needs.
- Support SAP Key users and End users to solve system troubleshot.
- Analyze the reported problems and business requirements to provide on-going business and system solutions and/or workarounds.
- Trouble shooting unexpected and urgent problems and report immediate actions as per SLA.
- Customize SAP applications to find and fix issues and recover the original functionality.
Major Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Interact with internal teams and external 3rd party vendors to trouble shoot and resolve applications complex Problems.
- Provide 1st line Application Support on SAP Modules.
- Troubleshoot and problem solves technical applications issues.
- Prepare and review with end users the change request forms.
- Test with the end users the new customization changes in the test environment.
- Train the end users for the new changes or applications.
Job Requirements
- Experience in more than one module is preferred.
- Customer side experience is preferred.
- Customer-oriented.
- Results-oriented.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent command of English Language.
