Job Description
- Provide the necessary directions to the Site staff on site about health and safety issues.
- Monitor the compliance of the Company by conducting regular inspections and internal auditing of site activities.
- Undertake daily safety inspection and prepare report to send it to the HSE Senior Specialist.
- Inspect and test machinery and equipment, such as lifting devices, machine shields and scaffolding, to ensure that they meet safety regulations.
- Ensure personal protective equipment, such as dust masks, safety glasses, safety shoos, safety helmets, and vests are being used in the workplaces according to safety regulations.
- Conduct daily continuous tours in the working areas to document all observations on a daily basis.
- Develop and deliver internal training courses on health and safety topics to the site team.
- Assist in undertaking risk assessments and identifying safe systems of work.
- Provide weekly input of H&S statistics and data to HSE Supervisor.
- Undertake weekly toolbox talk with site assigned personnel and ensure that records are maintained.
- Audit the registers and permits for lifting equipment, lifting accessories, excavations, confined spaces, hot works, Lock-out/Tag-out, etc.
- Attend Subcontractor held toolbox talk sessions.
- Ensure dangerous materials are correctly stored.
Job Requirements
- 3 to 6 years’ experience in Occupational Health, Safety and Environment in Electromechanical / Construction field.
- A Bachelor's Degree
- OSHA (General / Construction)
- Assuit , Sohag, Qena & Luxor residents
