Job Description
- Answer customers phone calls for both “service reservation and sales calls”.
- Welcome and greet visitors and register all customer data in the system.
- Formally responsible for receiving and responding to clients’ service requests, complaints, and feedback on to effectively & timely redirect tasks as appropriate & achieve the customers’ satisfaction.
- Handle all related customer relations issues and requests as assigned by the direct manager and in accordance to agreed policies & procedures to ensure timely handling and resolution of the issues and requests.
- Follow implemented handling system and keeps records of tasks and requests for smooth and proper handling.
- Handle communications & liaison between clients and other departments within the company and follow up on resolving client’s queries to deliver optimum customer support.
- Maintains relevant client related database, filing system, follow up sheets to ensure fulfilling customers’ requests easily and in a timely manner.
- Performs any other responsibilities assigned by the direct manager.
- Handle all existing clients’ inquiries through calls or emails, while ensuring full understanding of contract clauses.
Job Requirements
- Excellent English ( written and spoken)
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent Microsoft Software Skills
- Has experience in Commercial real estate sector
