Job Description

  • served as school director, responsible for all administrator duties, including financial activities.
  • responsible for the professional development of school administrative team and teacher leadership team.
  • supervised employees and resolved conflicts.
  • ensure school efficiency in maintained by carrying out planning and execution of efficient follow-up.
  • perform administrative responsibilities such as data entry, filing, billing and detailed record keeping.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree Business or Education or Engineering 
  • Certified diploma in Education
  • MBA Holding preferrable
  • Schools' management experience
  • Not less than 5 years' experience
  • Experience in business management, planning and financial oversight
  • Experience in personnel management, including hiring and supervision of employees
  • Ability to multi-task in a diverse and fast-moving office setting
  •  Business Administration and/or Project Management Certificate
  • Acquaintance with the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) landscape in Egypt. 
  • Proven hands-on experience in managing training institutions.
  • Ability to formulate, implement and follow through Business Development Strategies.
  • The ability to work both as a team member and independently
  • Effective problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency with office computer hardware and software
  • Expert in MS Office
  • English
  • Arabic
  • German (preferable)
