Job Description
1. Strategic Planning & PR Execution:
• Develop and implement annual PR plans and event calendars tailored to each branch.
• Align all PR activities with organizational goals and brand identity.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, education, HR, and operations teams to deliver consistent messaging and high-quality events.
2. Events Management:
• Plan and manage end-to-end logistics for:
• Graduation Ceremonies
• Workshops
• Charity Events
• Camps
• Birthday Celebrations
• Ensure timely execution, proper documentation, and parent/community satisfaction.
• Lead coordination with vendors, venues, entertainers, and suppliers as needed.
3. Corporate Engagement & Partnerships:
• Identify and secure corporate sponsorships or collaboration opportunities that support preschool initiatives.
• Build long-term partnerships with schools, educational bodies, and community organizations.
• Organize joint events, CSR activities, and co-branded initiatives.
4. School & Community Relations:
• Maintain positive relationships with surrounding schools for feeder and cross-enrollment opportunities.
• Represent the brand at local school fairs, expos, and community events.
• Facilitate outreach programs and parent engagement sessions.
5. Surveys & Feedback:
• Design and deploy surveys to parents, staff, and attendees after each major event.
• Analyze results to assess performance, identify improvement areas, and guide planning for future initiatives.
6. Budget & Reporting:
• Create and manage budgets for all PR and event activities across branches.
• Ensure spending aligns with budget constraints while maximizing impact.
• Deliver regular reports on event performance, participation, and return on investment (ROI).
7. Physical Presence & On-Ground Coordination:
• Be present at major events and critical activations across all branches.
• Ensure seamless execution by managing staff, suppliers, and last-minute changes.
• Act as the primary contact during events to troubleshoot and uphold brand quality.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Event Management, or Communications.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in PR, event coordination, or school-based marketing.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building abilities with internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to manage multiple events across locations simultaneously.
• Flexibility to travel and work weekends or evenings for events when required.
• Prior experience in an educational setting or working with children’s brands is a plus.
