Job Description

  • Solving customers’ complaints and answering customers' questions.
  • Writing reports for senior managers.
  • Assisting to maximize sales.
  • Providing sales staff with constructive feedback
  • Maintaining positive customers’ relations.
  • Motivating the sales staff and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among the staff. 
  • Negotiating all contracts of the services.
  • Achieving quarterly & annually sales goals
  • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Understanding and promoting digital marketing services.
  • Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients. 
  • Visiting customers and potential leads to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
  • Answering questions about credit terms, services, prices and availability.
  • Prepare the proposals for the required services.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or administration, marketing, communications, or related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
