Job Description
- Solving customers’ complaints and answering customers' questions.
- Writing reports for senior managers.
- Assisting to maximize sales.
- Providing sales staff with constructive feedback
- Maintaining positive customers’ relations.
- Motivating the sales staff and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among the staff.
- Negotiating all contracts of the services.
- Achieving quarterly & annually sales goals
- Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Understanding and promoting digital marketing services.
- Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
- Visiting customers and potential leads to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Answering questions about credit terms, services, prices and availability.
- Prepare the proposals for the required services.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business management or administration, marketing, communications, or related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
