Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Operate as the lead point of contact and manager for all matters specific to the client.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Work closely with all the internal teams to ensure planning, scheduling and tracking project timings, deliverables and milestones according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals and presentations. Also analyze results, troubleshoot problem areas, and offer recommendations.
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Actively lead and/or participate in activities such as regular update meetings, quarterly reviews and ongoing communication with clients.

External Management:

  • Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their requirements.
  • Up-selling Helm services to your clients.
  • Presenting with team the proposal ideas and strategy to the client.
  • Liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and the company by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively.
  • Responsible for representing Helm in major and public events, webinar, seminars... etc.
  • Handling budgets, managing client costs and quoting clients.
  • Making sure work is delivered on budget, and invoicing clients according to the proper terms, with increasing ROI for the company.
  • Writing client reports.
  • Making ‘pitches’, along with other Helm staff, to win new business for the company.

Internal management:

  • Ensuring the appropriate resources are in place and that the work is conducted in timely fashion, within approved scope and budget.
  • Briefing internal teams and working with them to formulate strategies and proposals for clients.
  • Supervise and delegate responsibilities to your team based on clear roles and responsibilities.
  • Responsible for the consistent successful facilitation of a project from estimation through launch and maintenance.
  • Responsible for the growth, guidance and development of your team.
  • Responsible for all the financials related to your client (existing and under pitch).

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Account/Client Management experience
  • Strong presentation / communication skills
  • Able to manage clients and internal teams on project scope and delivery
  • Strong client handling / client relations experience
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic language is a must
