Warehouse Manager

We are hiring a Warehouse Manager to join our Mobile Accessories brand “Karakeeb”!

Job responsibilities:

• Creating a warehouse system.
• Manage all aspects of the warehouse operations.
• Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice warehouse vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures.
• Prepare various reports for clothes shipped and received at the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records and ensure that inventory reports are prepared regularly.
• Ensure stock is maintained and rotated properly and regularly.
• Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records, maintaining databases
• Submitting stock details (quantity, cost and pricing) to internal databases (internal ERP system).
• Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
• Keep updated inventory records (including daily shipments).
• Ensure that ERP accurate and up to date.
• Ensure efficient and effective use of warehouse space
• Review ways to reduce waste
• Develop and maintain metrics/KPIs, reports, process documentation.
  
  المهام الوظيفية:
• تأسيس نظام مخزني متكامل
•  الإشراف على عمليات الاستلام والتخزين والتوزيع والصيانة 
•  مسئول عن تنظيم المخازن وسلامة المخزونات وفقاً لتعليمات التخزين
•   تنفيذ أذون الصرف والارتجاع والإضافة
•   الإشراف على العمال أثناء عمليات إضافة المخزونات وترتيبها وتنظيمها بالشكل الصحيح وفقاً للتعليمات
•    توثيق القطع الداخلة إلى المخازن والخارجة منها 
•  إدارة مراقبة المخزون باستخدام برامج تخزين البيانات المختلفة
•   إعداد خطة العمل وتعيين المهام بشكل مناسب وتقييم النتائج
•   إعداد التقارير والاحصائيات بشكل دوري مثل تقارير الدخول والخروج وتقارير الكميات المتاحة
•   متابعة التقارير اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية لتوضيح الموقف العام وأرصدة المخزون المتوفر والاحتياجات الواجب توافرها للاستمرار في العملية الإنتاجية للإدارات المعنية
