Job Description
- Determine clients’ needs and abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients & Handle sales calls.
- Help the customer to Find the property which matching his needs and budget.
- Follow up with all new clients and offer them what are they looking for.
- Help the customer to invest in real-estate by giving him advice and recommendation.
- Achieving or exceeding sales target.
- Generate leads through referrals, emails, phone calls as well as direct visits.
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
- Answering client questions and handling objections.
Job Requirements
- 3 – 5 years of Experience in Real Estate.
- Experience with real estate Brokerage is a must
- Negotiation skills & Communication skills.
- Very good in English.
- Good use of Microsoft Office & CRM System.
- Presentable.
