Job Description
- You will be tasked to resolve issues with Nomo Fintech software, hardware, and peripherals.
- In this role, the Tech Support Engineer will examine issues with IT software and equipment and will develop and deploy solutions to keep systems working.
- You will be empowered to help improve our support services by taking full ownership of all Technical Support issues and resolutions.

- Proven experience in Technical Support in a similar scale-up environment
- Driven to deliver the best-in-class service and not to settle for anything less
- Preferred recent experience at a regulated fintech
- 2 years+ experience in Tech support engineer roles
Your Skills and Experience
- Experience supporting both Windows and Mac devices
- Familiarity with device management tooling such as Jamf and Microsoft Intune
- Experience ordering, maintaining, and supporting hardware.
- Familiar with M365 and Azure Active Directory including license management.
- Experience supporting Video conferencing systems including setup and problem resolution.
- Familiar with Adobe administration and product support.
- Proven experience with Atlassian Products (JIRA & Confluence) including administration.
