We are looking for an Experienced Sales Operations Team Leader who can Support the Sales Operations by leading a team of salespeople to accomplish Sary's sales goals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales operation manager with sales strategy development and implementation.
• Contribute to applying sales plans that expand the customer base and ensure the company maintains a strong presence in the industry.
• Hit sales targets and achieve growth through providing sales team members with tips and training to achieve sales targets assigned in each territory.
• Set daily, weekly, or monthly sales goals in cooperation with Operation Sales Manager, and ensure transfer of these goals to each sales rep.
• Responsible for preparing and delivering sales reports and data metrics to the Sales operation manager.
• Support orientating and training new employees in the sales department.
