Job Description

Role Defini&on & Profiling:

As the Marketing and Communications Manager across Hamza Group, responsibilities include the implementation and execution of growth strategies for the marketplace and growth of product offerings across the different audience segments.

Responsibilities will also include defining the value narrative to the target audiences and creating a messaging roadmap for driving new user acquisition,  implementing and building product positioning through effective communication, implementation of go-to-market strategy including new exhibitions and showrooms, and adoption of new product launches.

The Marketing & Communications Manager will work side-by-side with the Business Development Team (Product Managers & Developers), Data Scientists, and Sales Department to develop groundbreaking marketing and communications experiences that deepens our relationship with technicians, distributors, consultants, and end-users across.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify user needs by deeply understanding our customer segments and how the different products work, to create data-driven, actionable insights and effective messaging for the salesforce with a narrative anchored around value and affordability.
  • Spearhead  Hamza  Group  Brand  Equity growth and product communication plans across key mediums and channels.
  • Implementation  of  Marketing  &  Communications  growth strategy and  serve as  the connective the tissue between business development, strategy, and sales teams to identify winning tactics across owned channels (digital, social media & showrooms).
  • Drive impactful go-to-market launch strategies, including messaging, positioning, and PR strategies
  • Work with data &  analytics team to derive customer insights, market trends and validate the product roadmap, and stay on top of the competitive landscape.
  • Create integrated marketing campaigns through user insights, positioning, and messaging across product categories.
  • Scale marketing efforts across the group by operationalizing resources such as corporate material, presentations, and templates.
  • Instill the Hamza Group Brand Values through internal communications and activations.

Job Requirements

  • 4 years of Marketing & Communications experience
  • B2C/B2B Marketing
  • Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Brand Management or Performance Marketing or Communications Background
  • A growth expert: You can devise highly effective programs to acquire and drive growth for your product. 
  • You balance creativity, analytical horsepower, and deep product understanding to rapidly execute your ideas. Experience with driving growth across the lifecycle (acquisition, engagement, re-engagement) is a plus.
  • Finger-tippinesses with data: You just get the data you need and can whip it into an insightful story with no help. You know how to use data to make decisions and drive growth.
  • Top-notch at market research: You're a truth-seeking missile! You know your market, customers, and competition be^er than anyone, and integrate this information into your growth strategies.
  • Scary-good at articulating the essence of products and the value they create. You can develop a strong messaging hierarchy and effective content strategy plan. You can also play copywriter and know good work when you see it.
  • Gri_ness: never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and tackle something hands-on, you persevere when others fall away.
