Job Description
- Understand Kasrawy Group’s strategy and mission
- Develop plans to materialize strategy and analyze business proposals
- Research competition to identify threats and opportunities
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and market changes
- Prepare Business Plans for current and future projects and business opportunities
- Study current and future products and participate in product pricing process
- Set annual sales plan and product ordering
- Provide support and insight into significant organizational changes
- Assess Kasrawy Group’s operational and strategic performance
- Align processes, resources-planning and department goals with overall strategy
- Monitor all processes and measure all related KP
- Audit various departments KPIs.
- Asses and report processes efficiency and areas for improvement.
- Suggest and plan for process improvement.
- Set and Implement improvement Action plans.
- Construct forecasts and analytical models
- Develop and prepare all required reports and suggest new reports to monitor Process.
- Preparing an annual operating budget, goals and objectives for each department and monitoring the departments’ performance..Participate in cost analysis and budget allocation
- Working with department managers to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Any other duties within the nature of his/her qualifications, or such duties that become within the nature of his/her qualifications as a result of any training or qualification he/she has received by El Kasrawy Group
Job Requirements
Requirements :
- 5-7 years of Automotive experience is a must.
- (Sales, Marketing and Engineering) Automotive back ground are welcome to apply.
