Job Description
- Attend the conferences and meetings of the staff to facilitate the communication between them and the management
- Explain the hospital compensation and benefit programs, such as medical and insurance to all the employees to make them aware about the hospital policies and the their rights
- Assist in promoting employee welfare, such as resolving human relations problems
- Conduct the exit interviews, organize the resignation process to the wanted workers and analyze turnover reasons to decrease resignations to verify the policy of hospital
- Prepare and frame the experience certificates and the HR letters for all employees to help them proof the period of work within the organization
- Organize and prepare for the meetings with the employees in order to keep the management and employees in touch
- Make the families health care forms and inform the responsible department about their sick leaves to organize the work within the organization
- Sending all official memos such as deceased cases, Official holidays and all the memos related to the internal and external managerial business to facilitate the communication with the employees
- Prepare the working schedule related to the department to organize the internal work and grantee providing the help to the employees continuously
- Participates in any Human Resources development projects across functional basis to improve the performance of the organization
