Job Description

  • Attend the conferences and meetings of the staff to facilitate the communication between them and the management
  • Explain the hospital compensation and benefit programs, such as medical and insurance to all the employees to make them aware about the hospital policies and the their rights
  • Assist in promoting employee welfare, such as resolving human relations problems
  • Conduct the exit interviews, organize the resignation process to the wanted workers and analyze turnover reasons to decrease resignations to verify the policy of hospital
  • Prepare and frame the experience certificates and the HR letters for all employees to help them proof the period of work within the organization
  • Organize and prepare for the meetings with the employees in order to keep the management and employees in touch
  • Make the families health care forms and inform the responsible department about their sick leaves to organize the work within the organization
  • Sending all official memos such as  deceased cases, Official holidays and all the memos related to the internal and external managerial business to facilitate the communication with the employees
  • Prepare the working schedule related to the department to organize the internal work and grantee providing the help to the employees continuously
  • Participates in any Human Resources development projects across functional basis to improve the performance of the organization

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent command of English
