Job Description

  • Calculate monthly salaries, bonuses, and incentives for employees based on attendance records, timesheets, performance evaluations and other relevant data.
  • Process payroll transactions accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to established payroll schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements for income tax withholding, social insurance contributions, and other payroll-related obligations.
  • Maintain an accurate personnel database, including employee information, earnings, deductions, and tax withholding details.
  • Utilize payroll software to facilitate payroll processing, data management, and reporting.
  • Prepare personnel-related paperwork, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination documents, in compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring that all employees’ files are completed and valid with required employment documents for employees.
  • Archive any documents related to the employees from receiving his new role till resignation or retirement.
  • Process employee changes, including promotions, transfers, and terminations, and update relevant records accordingly.
  • Follow up on nearly expired employment contracts and communicate with the direct manager for action whether renewal of contract or end the contract and proceed to the end of settlement process.
  • Deals with Social insurance authority in all related matters.
  • Handles medical insurance claims and cases.
  • Communicates with the Medical insurance provider in case of additions, deletions or payments.

Job Requirements

Academic and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in payroll and Personnel in the Real Estate field.
  • Solid knowledge of Egyptian labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive payroll and personnel data.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with employees and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot payroll discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently.
