Job Description
- Responsible for processing, recording, updating and reconciling fiscal information in compliance with established policies; providing instructions, recommendations and/or accounting support to other personnel.
- Coordinate between sales and legal team to conclude the sales process.
- Works on SAP program to process the sales transaction.
- Assist with documentation and testing of internal enterprise reporting system upgrades and modifications.
- Prepare list of cheques for the customer.
- Review the financial calculations of the contract.
- Follow the sales, legal policies and procedures to ensure conclusion of the sale and transferring of ownership when needed.
- Support other team members as necessary.
- Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (English Section).
- From 0-2 years of experience.
- Experience as sales coordinator or sales Support in Real Estate field is a must.
- Must be highly detail-oriented and organized.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives.
- Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office application; especially Excel.
- ERP background preferably SAP Program.
