Job Description
General Duties
- Build marketing plans and budgets for the smooth operation of marketing campaigns.
- Ensure that the website, promotional material, marketing campaign strategy are updated on a regular basis.
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
- Gather and understand feedback from customers and channel them to product and design teams.
- Monitor the team goals and their execution keenly.
- Research about the latest marketing strategies and excel in marketing endeavors competitively.
- Lead product launches with creative campaigns across channels
- Build KPI for reporting to show impacts from the marketing department
- Monitor market intelligence and keep track of competitor movement and market situation.
Digital Marketing
- Design and oversee all digital marketing aspects of including marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
- Understand current SEO/PR/SEM/Affiliate channels and then improve on metrics and impacts
- Prepare social media marketing campaigns and strategize them such that they align with the business objectives.
- Oversee social media as an entirety
- Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
Branding
- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights.
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
- Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”.
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities.
- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.
- Devise innovative growth strategies.
- Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 8 - 10 years of experience in marketing and branding
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a leadership role
- Proven experience in growth marketing is a must
- Proven experience in digital marketing, branding, trade and loyalty programs
- Profound understanding of marketing planning and budgeting with proven experience in both endeavors
- Emotional intelligence and high-level stakeholder management
- Planning, goal setting and budgeting
- Business acumen, networking and negotiation
- Leadership, coaching and decision making skills
- Excellent command of English language (B2 - C1)
