Your responsibilities as a Vehicle Maintenance Manager will include:
- Supervising the team of technicians and mechanics, distributing tasks, and monitoring performance.
- Ensuring the availability of tools, equipment, and spare parts necessary for preventive and corrective maintenance of vehicles.
- Collaborating with other departments such as sales, marketing, accounting, and customer service to ensure coordination and achieve set goals.
- Communicating with customers, handling their complaints and suggestions professionally and amiably.
- Preparing reports, budgets, and strategic plans related to the maintenance department and presenting them to senior management.
- Keeping up with developments and innovations in the field of car maintenance and applying best practices and technical and safety standards
Job Requirements
Basic requirements for the job:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience in car maintenance.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in car maintenance, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
- Good knowledge of different types and models of cars, their systems, components, maintenance methods, and repairs.
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, problem-solving, decision-making, leadership, and handling pressure.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
- Proficiency in using computers, office software, and applications related to the field of work.
- Valid driver's license.
