Job Description
- Coordinate stock control operations with warehouse staff, as well as the sales and finance departments.
- Oversee all the system transactions (IN & Out).
- Monitor inventory by regularly inventorying specific items or sections (cycle count).
- Oversee stock storage processes, including tagging, boxing, and labeling.
- Track the documentations cycle from warehouse receiving till customer delivery.
- Track shipments and coordinating internal stock transfers, as well as resolving delays.
- Produce daily reports to ensure key critical areas of the stock system are controlled and any discrepancies addressed and resolved.
- Track rates of accuracy, purchase and return as well as defective items to inform quality control decisions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2-5 years of experience in home appliances field.
- Very good English proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent in MS Office.
