Job Description
- Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Know about current sales and promotions, policies about payments and exchanges.
- Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Handle returns of merchandise
- Conduct outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers via telephone.
- Suggest ways to improve sales (marketing activities, changing the store’s design).
Job Requirements
- University bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution.
- Must be Hurghada resident
- Experience: (1-3) years
- Possess excellent computer skills systems.
- Possess high reporting skills.
- Excellent oral and written English and Arabic is a must.
