Job Description
- Responsible for the complete life-cycle of the Sales account (Ensure effective communication with the brokers regarding the availability of the units for sale, respond promptly to their queries, facilitate and influence the sales deal, sign of the contracts, the meetings with the clients till the close-out of the deals)
- Responsible for responding to the hotline; collect data, respond to the queries, disseminate and follow- up accordingly to the in-house sales team.
- In charge of the CRM& CIL Administration; add/ delete accounts, share availabilities, etc
- Monitor the social media platforms; timely and frequency entry of the posts, appropriateness of inputs and comments, follow the unanswered questions.
- Liaise the document life cycle; employee forms, contracts, laptop, SIM card
Job Requirements
- Real Estate work Experience is a must, Preferably in the Developer side.
- Commercial real estate experience is a nice to have.
