Job Description:
- Manage all the Content, Translation, Category, Telesales and Sales teams and all related activities, and make sure they are 100% productive.
- Oversee all the eCommerce products.
- Teaming up with the People & Culture team to hire and train his team.
- Teaming up and cross functionally liaising between the related departments to brainstorm the best way to generate revenues and to improve eCommerce quality.
- Sell, acquire, manage relationships and develop businesses through cold-calling and meeting prospective vendors/ users and achieve sales targets.
- Develop, analyze and implement ecommerce strategy and automated workflow in order to improve website user experience, and improve revenues.
- Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies.
- Analyze various data in order to deliver data driven strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve KPIs
- Oversee the platform revenues.
- Develop a content calendar and oversee website uploads and landing pages.
- Report on performance
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- BSc/BA in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or any relevant field.
- At least 4 years of experience in similar roles in a familiar industry.
- Experience of conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis and reporting tools
- Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies.
- Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation and quality assurance abilities.
- Excellent understanding of user behavior.
- Flexibility and agility
Technical Skills:
- Outstanding experience with CRMs & tracking tools (Ex: JIRA, Pipedrive, Aimeos).
- Outstanding experience with MS Office.
