Event Manager

The Mira Tech looking for Event Manager in Dubai, who will be responsible for strategic planning, coordination, and successful execution of events.

Responsibilities:

• Development and maintenance of the event calendar across all areas of the holding.
• Planning and organization of events, including conferences, presentations, workshops and other types of events.
• Coordination with the design team to prepare all necessary materials for events.
• Ensuring design solutions align with the brand and objectives of each event.
• Communication with contractors and service providers to secure necessary resources.
• Contract negotiation and monitoring, including budget and work schedule approval.
• Monitoring the execution of events in accordance with established timelines and quality standards.
• Analyzing the effectiveness of conducted events and developing recommendations for improvement.
• Participation in the development of event budgets, expense monitoring, and maintaining financial discipline.
