Job Description

Al Haktur IT Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations within the company.Key Responsibilities:Office Coordination: Manage and organize office operations, including maintaining supplies, equipment, and overall office appearance.Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and redirect them to the appropriate person or department.Scheduling: Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and records as required.Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff as needed.Data Entry: Accurate and timely data entry for various administrative tasks.Support to Teams: Assist different teams within the organization with administrative tasks and special projects as required.Qualifications:Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting.Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field are a plus.Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.Benefits:Competitive salaryHealth insuranceProfessional development opportunities
