Job Description
- To lease retail space in compliance with the approved leasing plan and budget – while working with the approved leasing policy
- Liaises with the marketing department in the utilization of brochures and the executing of other promotional activities.
- Maintains a database for potential and targeted retailers for the manager’s review.
- Contacts potential clients to present available spaces in the shopping center, create their interest,
- Explain financial and operational terms, and negotiate these terms with interested retailers.
- Communicates tenants’ technical/engineering comments to Tenants Coordination Dept. for review and response.
- Coordinates the preparation of leasing documents in accordance with the agreed terms.
- Responsible for all aspects of the lease transaction until the closure of the deal
- Reports to direct manager on the progress and achievements, and refers to any problems to him for action/advice.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree for relevant field
- 2 to 3 years previous experience.
- Retail background is preferable.
- High Communication skills.
- High Negotiation skills.
- Presentable.
