- Training preparation and management to all trainees using necessary elements.
- Monitor and evaluate the processing quality and the compliance with customer relations standards.
- Identify training needs and suggest actions accordingly.
- Deliver calibration, coaching and developments sessions.
- Ensure quality, compliance and measure the effectiveness of the training.
