Job Description
- Plans, organizes, assigns, and supervises the work of a number of diversified personnel engaged in food and beverage.
- Observes quality and gives instructions for maintenance of high standards.
- Interviews and hires employees; evaluates employees' performance; resolves minor employee grievances.
- Performs related work as required.
- Assigns and trains personnel and determines work schedules.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business, or related field
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in food and beverage
- The applicant should have previous work in the food industry
- Proficiency in the use of computer programs and Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong Background strictly in Retail food and beverage
