Job Requirements

Job Requirements: Senior Property Consultant

Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge

  • Experience: 1+ years in real estate sales.
  • Transportation: Preferred owning a car.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree. Real estate sales experience is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to interact effectively with clients, agents, and legal professionals.
  • Negotiation Skills: Capable of negotiating prices to secure profitable property deals.
  • Trustworthiness: Must be pleasant and trustworthy.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with MS Office.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently while possessing excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Sales Record: Proven successful sales track record is preferred.
  • Real Estate Experience: Previous experience as a real estate agent.
