Job Description
Preparing the following reports and presenting them to the production manager:
- Periodic production reports include (raw materials - Equipments performance - production of each equipment) and existing breakdowns and stops include (equipment - duration of downtime - reasons for stoppage - restart date).
- Reports on incoming and consumed fuel and energy sources.
- report on the types of cement produced and packaged in coordination with the packing department and the exit date of the product.
- Daily follow-up reports on the number of daily workers in the department and the number of used equipment such as loaders.
- Recording all production processes and all information on SAP System and making comprehensive reports on all of the above on SAP.
- Analyze KPIs of each equipment monthly to analyze the efficiency of the equipment.
- Making a mill filling analysis for each mill to ensure the mill's production efficiency.
- Responsible for the confidentiality of information contained in all management reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Since or equivalent combination of education.
- 1 to 3 years of related experience in manufacturing field is preferred.
- Advanced skills in using Microsoft office; word, excel, Power Bi and PowerPoint.
- Ability to interpret, analyze, and write reports.
- preferred Knowledge in SAP.
