Job Description
- Executed the sales and activities of the assigned region to ensure the maximum market penetration.
- Maintain relationships with current clients and build and maintain relationships with new clients.
- Promotes the designated products in regular calls to the targeted health care professionals according to the company strategy and action plan.
- Ensures to achieve and surpass her/his plan and market share targets by delivering the requested daily number of high quality visits to the healthcare professional in the target list.
- Actively and rigorously implements the sales and marketing strategy and action plans and strictly uses the promotional materials.
- Continuously report the activities.
- Responding to market requests, writing proposals & internal reports.
- Understanding customers’ diverse specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs.
- Developing effective sales plan and create new business
- Covering all clients throughout the geographical area in which the delegate operates.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of pharmacy, vet or science.
- Minimum from one-three-year experience in derma and aesthetics field in the Egyptian market.
- Excellent presentation, communication & negotiation skills.
- Must have a car.
- Full market awareness on company product positioning, market size and market dynamics.
- Problem-Solving to solve problems related to customers.
