Job Description
- Responsible for optimizing the revenue growth and consistency, this includes customer growth, acquisition, retention, and GMV growth.
- Responsible for executing the entire online customer acquisition.
- Responsible for CAC and Sales Qualified lead generation
- Experiment and implement new growth strategies to uncover hidden opportunities and to optimize customer acquisition and retention.
- Conducting market research to identify opportunities for new products or services within current markets
- Developing strategies to increase customer retention by identifying customer needs and providing excellent service
- Conducting market research to identify opportunities for the company to gain market share.
- Allign with marketing department to create marketing campaigns that target specific customer segments or geographic regions.
Job Requirements
- MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or equivalent.
- 5 years of experience with acquiring and pushing sales at B2B E-commerce.
- Fluent in data analysis and data processing tools like analytics tools, data visualization tools.
- Very Good translating data into insights capabilities.
- Ability to analyze customer behavior data accurately.
- A deep understanding of various customer acquisition channels, e.g., organic, paid, SEO, referrals.
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
- The ability to identify and reduce friction in the user experience.
